Dr. Ingo Janert
Dr. Ingo Janert, born 1972, is Attorney at Law (Rechtsanwalt) since 2001 and responsible for the area of banking and capital market law.
Dr. Janert studied law at the University of Osnabrück and did his doctorate in international contract law at the University of Hamburg. Before joining JANERT RECHTSANWÄLTE he worked in commercial law firms in Düsseldorf and Hamburg.
Dr. Janert mainly advises companies in questions of banking and capital market law. Since 2005, he has also worked as a lecturer at the University of Hamburg and, since 2016, at the International School of Management (ISM) in Hamburg.

Dr. Armin Jentsch
Dr. Armin Jentsch, LL.M., Attorney at Law (Rechtsanwalt) since 1999.
Dr. Jentsch studied law at the University of Hamburg and wrote his doctoral thesis on International Private Law at the University of Hamburg. Prior to joining JANERT Rechtsanwälte Dr. Jentsch started his career working as a lawyer in different companies Hamburg.
Because of his former experience he now advises clients in corporate law. He also works in a managing function in a large group of companies.

Marc Christian Wedekind
Marc Christian Wedekind has been a lawyer since 1998, a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law since 2010, and is responsible for the corporate law department at JANERT RECHTSANWÄLTE.
Mr. Wedekind primarily advises companies on corporate law issues, especially capital company law. Mr. Wedekind has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of implementing management systems, creating compliance and sustainability structures (ESG) in companies, and in the area of liability issues for managing directors, executive boards and supervisory boards.
Before joining JANERT RECHTSANWÄLTE, he worked in commercial law firms in Berlin and Hamburg and has experience in advising international companies and representing the interests of foreign companies from English-speaking countries in Germany.
In addition to his duties as a lawyer, Mr. Wedekind holds supervisory board mandates and works as a lecturer for various institutions and continuing education providers. Mr. Wedekind is chairman of the advisory board at JANERT Rechtsanwälte.
